Director GP Solutions - Senior Enterprise sales

This is not a traditional relationship-management sales role. We are looking for a driven technology-led senior sales person who can position ROYC as the operational infrastructure layer for modern private markets firms.
You will sell enterprise software, workflow automation, and modular operating solutions to General Partners across private equity, venture capital, private credit, infrastructure, and real assets.
The ideal candidate understands how to sell complex B2B fintech and SaaS solutions into sophisticated private markets organizations. You are comfortable leading consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving operations, finance, investor relations, fund administration, technology, and executive leadership teams.
You will work closely with Product, Engineering, GP Solutions, and Leadership teams to shape enterprise-wide transformation opportunities ranging from turnkey platform deployments to modular workflow and infrastructure solutions.
This role combines strategic enterprise selling, solution consulting, market development, and ecosystem relationship management.
What we are looking for
Enterprise Technology & Solution Selling:
7+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, fintech, workflow technology, fund technology, or private markets infrastructure sales.
Proven ability to sell complex technology solutions into private markets firms and financial institutions.
Strong experience positioning both full-platform solutions and modular product offerings depending on client maturity and operating model.
Ability to articulate API-driven architecture, workflow automation, integration capabilities, data infrastructure, and operational transformation value propositions.
Experience managing long, consultative enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and buying committees.
Strong understanding of solution-based selling methodologies and enterprise procurement processes.
Private Markets Expertise:
Strong understanding of private markets operations and the GP lifecycle across fundraising, onboarding, investor servicing, reporting, compliance, accounting, and fund operations.
Deep familiarity with operational pain points facing modern GPs, including fragmented systems, manual workflows, disconnected data environments, and scaling investor operations.
Existing network across GPs, asset managers, fund operators, administrators, and ecosystem providers.
Commercial Execution:
Proven track record of consistently exceeding enterprise revenue targets and closing high-value strategic deals.
Strong ability to originate pipeline through outbound prospecting, executive networking, partnerships, events, and ecosystem relationships.
Experience building new markets, territories, or commercial regions from the ground up.
Strong forecasting discipline and experience managing structured enterprise pipelines using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Experience using sales intelligence and workflow tooling including ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI-driven prospecting workflows.
Leadership & Mindset:

Key Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Origination & Revenue Growth
Lead enterprise sales efforts targeting General Partners and alternative asset managers across Europe and North America.
Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of strategic opportunities across private equity, venture capital, private credit, infrastructure, and real assets.
Develop relationships with senior operational and executive stakeholders across target organizations.
Drive outbound and ecosystem-led commercial activity including conferences, partnerships, executive introductions, and targeted campaigns.
2. Consultative Solution Selling
Diagnose operational challenges and position ROYC’s technology stack as a scalable operating infrastructure solution.
Position both end-to-end platform deployments and modular capabilities depending on client needs.
Coordinate RFPs, technical evaluations, procurement workflows, security reviews, and implementation planning.
3. Platform & Product Positioning
Clearly articulate ROYC’s platform architecture, workflow automation capabilities, integration strategy, and operational value proposition.
Translate complex operational workflows into scalable technology solutions.
Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to influence product roadmap and commercial positioning.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients on private markets operational modernization.
4. Ecosystem & Strategic Relationship Development
Represent ROYC across the broader private markets technology and operations ecosystem.
Build relationships with fund administrators, consultants, legal providers, technology partners, and service providers.
Develop strategic partnerships that accelerate market penetration and enterprise adoption.
Establish ROYC as a category-defining infrastructure platform for private markets operations.
