ROYC is expanding rapidly across EMEA and APAC as we build the leading platform enabling private-markets managers to scale private-wealth & institutional distribution efficiently. Our Client Solutions team sits at the core of this mission — supporting structuring, onboarding, and operational delivery for top-tier GPs & Asset Managers globally.
We are hiring an Analyst to support solution design, commercial execution, and client delivery for our GP segment. This is a high-impact role for someone early in their career who wants deep exposure to private-markets structuring, fund operations, and client-facing solutioning in a fast-growing fintech environment.
You will work closely with senior Client Solutions leaders, commercial teams, and operations to help translate complex client needs into executable solutions, while developing a strong foundation in private-markets infrastructure and distribution.
What You’ll Do
Support GP & Asset Manager Origination & Solutioning
Support senior team members in researching, qualifying, and preparing GP & Asset Manager opportunities across EMEA and APAC.
Assist in gathering and structuring information on fund vehicles, distribution strategies, and operational requirements.
Contribute to solution design across private-wealth feeders, evergreen/semi-liquid funds (ELTIFs, LTAFs), master-feeder structures, and UCI II vehicles.
Prepare analysis, materials, and documentation to support early-stage commercial and solutioning conversations.
Sales Lifecycle & Execution Support
Support solution scoping, discovery, and implementation planning for new GP & Asset Manager engagements.
Help prepare institutional-grade pitch materials, solution decks, and internal approval documentation.
Coordinate onboarding workstreams with operations, compliance, product, and external service providers.
Track timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure smooth handover from commercial close to execution.
Client & Market Exposure
Participate in client meetings, workshops, and internal discussions to build exposure to GP stakeholders and real-world structuring challenges.
Support preparation for conferences, events, and GP-facing initiatives across EMEA and APAC.
Help maintain high-quality client documentation and follow-up materials.
Commercial & Revenue Support
Support pipeline tracking, CRM hygiene, and opportunity documentation.
Assist with pricing analysis, benchmarking, and packaging of GP solutions.
Provide analytical and operational support to senior team members on complex commercial engagements.
Who You Are
An Aspiring Private-Markets Professional
1–3 years of experience in private markets, asset management, fund administration, consulting, investment banking, or financial services.
Strong interest in fund structuring, operations, private-wealth distribution, and alternative investments.
Foundational understanding of investment vehicles, fund operations, or regulatory frameworks (or strong desire to learn quickly).
Analytically Strong & Detail-Oriented
Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working with complex information and translating it into structured outputs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Execution-Focused & Curious
