ROYC is expanding rapidly across EMEA and APAC as we build the leading platform enabling private-markets managers to scale private-wealth & Institutional distribution efficiently. Our Client Solutions team is central to this mission — delivering high-impact structuring, onboarding, and operational infrastructure for top-tier GPs & Asset Managers globally.
We are hiring a Vice President to play a key role in commercial origination, solution design, and client delivery for our GP segment. This is a senior, client-facing, cross-functional role that sits between commercial, product, and operations. You will engage directly with senior Client Solutions stakeholders, translate complex requirements into actionable solutions, and help shape ROYC’s global footprint as we scale across new markets.

2. What You’ll Do
New Business Generation - Lead GP & Asset Manager Origination & Solutioning
Partner with the commercial team to originate, qualify, and shape opportunities across EMEA and APAC.
Engage senior GPs & Asset Managers stakeholders to understand fund structures, distribution strategies, and operational workflows.
Develop detailed solution architectures across private-wealth feeders, evergreen/semi-liquid funds (ELTIFs, LTAFs), master-feeder structures, and UCI II vehicles.
Act as a senior technical and operational advisor during early-stage commercial conversations.
Sales Life-cycle management - Drive End-to-End Solution Execution
Lead solution scoping, discovery, and implementation planning for new GP & Asset Manager engagements.
Produce institutional-grade solution pitches and cross-functional project plans.
Oversee onboarding workstreams with operations, compliance, and product teams.
Ensure a smooth and high-quality transition from commercial close to execution and long-term servicing.
Strengthen Market Positioning & Client Relationships
Represent ROYC at conferences, events, and GP workshops across EMEA and APAC.
Build trust and credibility with CFOs, COOs, Heads of Legal, Heads of Fund Operations and Investor Relations.
Advise GPs & Asset Managers on structuring and operational best practices for private-wealth distribution.
Contribute to Revenue Growth & Forecasting
Support commercial forecasting, pipeline visibility, and prioritization of GP & Asset Manager opportunities.
Collaborate with commercial leadership on pricing, packaging, and positioning of GP solutions.
Work with junior resources on research, preparation, data gathering, and follow-ups for complex commercial engagements.
3. Who You Are
A Private-Markets Specialist
7+ years of experience in private markets, fund administration, alternative investment operations, private-wealth vehicles, or financial services.
Strong understanding of fund structuring, operations, investor servicing, and regulatory frameworks.
Experience working with GPs across institutional or private-wealth channels.
A High-Caliber Client Partner
Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to translate complex needs into clear commercial solutions.
Comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder environments and engaging with senior leaders.
Skilled in leading cross-functional solutioning and execution workstreams.
A Strong Sales Discipline
Deep understanding of consultative sales, with the ability to uncover GP & Asset Manager pain points, challenge assumptions, and articulate clear solution narratives.
Demonstrated sales hygiene excellence, including rigorous pipeline management, meticulous documentation, and disciplined follow-up across complex engagements.
Proven ability to partner with commercial leadership on forecasting, deal progression, and opportunity prioritization, with full accountability for moving opportunities from origination to close.
Strong closing and negotiation skills, with the maturity to navigate senior stakeholders and align agreements with ROYC’s strategic objectives.
High accountability — someone who owns outcomes, keeps commitments, and brings structure, transparency, and predictability to commercial execution.
