Role
We are looking for dynamic, results-driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our high-performance, laser-focused Business Development team at ROYC. This is a fantastic opportunity to accelerate your career while playing a key role in expanding our business. You bring the energy and passion, and we’ll provide the advanced technology, resources, and investment expertise to help you thrive.
As an SDR at ROYC, you’ll be responsible for driving new business by generating high-quality leads, scheduling meetings, and fostering relationships with key decision-makers. Your daily tasks will include:
- Exceeding Key Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly meeting targets, quality, and activity goals by utilizing our sales engagement platform (Outreach.io), along with research and prospecting tools.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with your assigned Regional Sales team to strategically identify and qualify Target Accounts, helping to increase pipeline and revenue within your territory.
- Multichannel Outreach: Deliver compelling, value-driven messages to a sophisticated target audience through a variety of channels including phone, email, social media, and video.
- Pipeline Management: Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients by thoroughly researching accounts, identifying key decision-makers, generating interest, and overcoming objections.
- Sales Training & Development: Work closely with the ROYC Sales Enablement team to receive ongoing training and become certified on Datasite’s products, ensuring you’re equipped with the knowledge to succeed.
