Role Purpose
The role of the Investor services officer is to provide various services to investors, such as managing accounts, assisting with onboarding and transactions, and answering inquiries. This includes liaison with third parties as required (external administrators, depository, etc). The role will also include providing business partnering to the ROYC sales team as well as the tech team.
Role Description
- Working closely with and providing support to the Head of Investor Services and Sales team.
- Oversee and support with investor onboarding, transactions, and inquiries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversight of third-party providers. Taking responsibility for day-to-day aspects of the relationship with external fund administrators, distribution partners and other third parties, including escalation of service issues.
- Adhere to all processing procedures and controls and improve processes and standards throughout the investment organisation based on internal and external feedback.
- Identification and implementation of efficient and value add operational processes
- Ticket handling via our CRM system Hubspot and follow up with the Tech team
- Determine and oversee change/projects related to onboarding, fund operations, including liaison with the tech team to develop, build on and improve the ROYC investor portal

Preferred profile
- Recent experience of private equity or venture capital either for an investment firm or fund administrator.
- Strong understanding of investor due diligence requirements, investment products, and fund structures within the private markets.
- Good organizational and administration skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Preferably English and French
- Excellent client service skills
- Driven and intellectually curious, having an ambition to play a key role in building a market leading solution in the private markets.
